Where do I submit a paid order?
Open Claim Your Order and send the order number plus your Roblox username. Never include a password or login code.
How long can delivery take?
Timing varies with inventory, staff availability and the game itself. Claiming promptly gives support the details needed to start the handoff.
Which payment methods are available?
Shopify checkout shows the methods currently available for your device, country and the store’s active payment settings.
Why was my payment declined?
Check the card details, billing information and available balance. If it still fails, contact the payment provider or try another method shown at checkout.
Will support ask for my Roblox password?
No. PetMarket only needs information required to match and deliver the order. Never send a password, login code or recovery code.
Can an item affect my game account?
Delivery uses the normal in-game handoff process, but every game has its own rules. Review and follow the current terms of the game you play.
When can I request a refund?
Eligibility depends on the order status and PetMarket’s published refund policy. Include the order number when contacting support.
Why can an item price change?
